Job Description:

• 10 years of SAP BASIS work experience
• Demonstrated SAP S4HANA and SAP RISE experience required
• Handson indepth SAP BASIS knowledge
• Install configure maintain(upgrade) and support SAP systems including but not limited to Solution Manager ECC and BW SRM CRM APO Suite on Hana
• Experience installing monitoring tuning troubleshooting SAP applications and SAP HANA Databases
• SAP analyst to investigate problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
• Providing BASIS support for projects involving HANA and S/4HANA
• Build credible relationships with peers and clients and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
• Solid understanding of best SAP practices archiving system copies singlesignon encryption SAP SNC
• Experience integrating and operating 3rd party applications required for change management process monitoring troubleshooting
• Experience following protocols and standards specific to SAP large scale implementation
• Provide daily support to the production support team with any technical and performance problems.
• Hana 2.0 HA Oracle 19 Data guard a plus.
• Experience working with SAP support on troubleshooting various issues: understanding the nature of the problem raising OSS incidents providing necessary support to SAP analyst to investigate problems.
• SAP Certifications in S/4HANA OS/DB Migration NetWeaver and SAP HANA preferred.
