Job Description
- Manage and guide the human resources operations for the Brigade and Battalion Headquarters, including the submission, tracking, and reconciliation of all Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the Daily Status Report (DSR) on SIPR for Soldiers, Contractors, and Civilians, and monitor the Deployed Theater Accountability Software (DTAS) for tracking deployed personnel.
- Perform a wide range of HR functions including processing military awards, evaluations, leave and pay actions, and maintaining accurate Soldier records, such as iPERMS and Soldier record briefs.
