Work Day

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of Workday HCM Financials or other Workday modules and will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting Workday solutions. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of successful Workday deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Implementation: Lead and participate in Workday implementation projects including requirements gathering design configuration testing and deployment.

Configuration & Customization: Configure Workday modules according to client requirements including business process design security setup and data migration.

Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday applications troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Workday solutions. Provide training and support to endusers.

Project Management: Manage project timelines deliverables and resources. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that Workday solutions adhere to industry best practices compliance requirements and company standards.

Qualifications:

Experience: 48 years of experience working with Workday HCM Financials or other Workday modules.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Workday configuration reporting security and business process design. Knowledge of Workday Studio EIB and integrations is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients team members and stakeholders.

Project Management: Experience managing Workday projects including planning execution and delivery.

Certification: Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
