Job Description

• Create process mapping and document current and future state business processes
• Ability to define a problem evaluate its requirements and map processes or systems
• Ability to analyze and challenge current processes identify gaps and areas of improvement and document current and future state processes and procedures
• Strong stakeholder management skill set
• Previous experience using process mapping and project management tools
• Exceptional analytical critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
• Solid understanding of technology and technical concepts
• Ability to communicate with and work at different levels and across different disciplines in person by video over the telephone and email with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• 5 years process improvement andor business experience around process management
• Knowledge and demonstrated use of statistics and process engineering methodologies SIPOC VOC Process Mapping Kaizen Process Requirements
• Experience gathering detailed requirements of user needs business impacts and system functionality that are actionable definable relevant measurable and testable
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications Visio Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Good to have LEANSix Sigma Black Belt certification
