Job Description

  1. Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors clinics and hospitals to secure patient referrals for diagnostic testing.
    • Regularly visit healthcare providers to promote our diagnostic services and understand their needs.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the referral network.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase referral volumes from existing and new healthcare partners.
  3. Marketing & Promotion:
    • Conduct presentations and educational sessions for healthcare providers about our diagnostic services highlighting benefits and unique selling points.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting healthcare professionals.
  4. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand trends competitive landscape and potential areas for growth.
    • Provide feedback and insights to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.
  5. Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly referral targets as set by the organization.
    • Monitor and analyze referral data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Customer Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for doctors and healthcare providers addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Ensure a seamless referral process and high levels of satisfaction among referring doctors and their patients.
