Job Description
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors clinics and hospitals to secure patient referrals for diagnostic testing.
- Regularly visit healthcare providers to promote our diagnostic services and understand their needs.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the referral network.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase referral volumes from existing and new healthcare partners.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Conduct presentations and educational sessions for healthcare providers about our diagnostic services highlighting benefits and unique selling points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting healthcare professionals.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand trends competitive landscape and potential areas for growth.
- Provide feedback and insights to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly referral targets as set by the organization.
- Monitor and analyze referral data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for doctors and healthcare providers addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure a seamless referral process and high levels of satisfaction among referring doctors and their patients.
