Work timing: 6pm IST to 3am IST

Responsibilities

Looking for someone who is aggressive in Leading a team and well aware of the technologies in the market.

Have excellent written verbal & interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of Employment Type W2 Corp to Corp 1099.

Experienced with EndtoEnd cycle of sales from submitting Profiles Rate Negotiations and Follow Up.

The sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench

Consultants (H1B US Citizen GC OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client

Strong handson experience in marketing H1B and H1B Transfer Visa.

Updating resumes into Job Portals Like Dice Techfetch Monster CareerBuilder SimplyHire and Indeed.

Applying on the Job openings through the job portals on behalf of consultants.

Getting the requirements from Tier1 Vendors/ implementing Partners.

The followup to the vendors regarding feedback

Must be independent and a selfstarter and have high risktaking capabilities.

Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep updating them on daily basis regarding the marketing.
