Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 7 months
Location: Lafayette Colorado 80026

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant III to join our team. This role is key in providing comprehensive administrative support coordinating office activities and managing various projects to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daytoday administrative support to functional managers (calendar management travel arrangements correspondence).
  • Coordinate space for meetings and events ensuring logistical requirements are met.
  • Manage catering orders for office meetings and events considering dietary restrictions.
  • Order office supplies and equipment ensuring timely delivery and costeffectiveness.
  • Assign seating for onsite employees considering team dynamics and space utilization.
  • Act as Area Coordinator maintaining a conducive work environment in designated areas.
  • Manage special programs (e.g. employee recognition office wellness activities).
  • Assist with employee training logistics (scheduling materials preparation completion tracking).
  • Collect and organize slide information for town hall meetings.
  • Support new hire onboarding providing administrative assistance for seamless integration.
  • Maintain new hire checklists ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
  • Send team communications ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with other administrators to share best practices and optimize office operations.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Manage various administrative projects meeting deadlines budgets and quality standards.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expenses ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proven experience in highlevel administrative support in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications.
  • Experience in project management and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with travel coordination and expense reporting processes.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in problemsolving and decisionmaking.
