Job Title: Clerical/Administrative Support
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in managing files documents and office supplies.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications to create documents spreadsheets and presentations.
- Knowledgeable in operating basic office machinery including copiers scanners printers and fax machines.
- Perform administrative tasks such as typing answering phones sorting mail and handling emails.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and punctuality in all interactions and tasks.
- Ability to take direction from superiors and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel for creating documents spreadsheets and presentations.
- Experience with email management including composing sending and organizing emails.
- Competence in operating office equipment such as copiers fax machines scanners and printers.
- Ability to handle reception duties including answering phones directing calls and sorting incoming mail.
