Tasks

• Conduct comprehensive HR integrity investigations in a timely manner addressing various severity levels across Europe Middle East and Africa
• Prepare detailed investigative reports including case summaries findings and recommendations for appropriate actions and resolutions
• Ensure proper case administration thorough documentation and timely investigation completion to meet established KPI deadlines
• Convene and lead disciplinary committees as necessary ensuring followup on any remediation actions recommended by the committees
• Submit cases for closure in accordance with the investigation framework and track remediation actions resulting from cases
• Collaborate with Legal & Integrity to deliver training to the HR team and business units. This includes preparing training materials scheduling meetings and supporting the delivery of training sessions

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Proven experience in HR investigations and case management
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
• Min. 6 years of in house or law firm experience
