Tasks

To strengthen our young highly motivated and powerful team we are now looking for a:

SUPPORT AGENT

You will take responsibility for the following topics with a lot of energy routine and doer qualities:

• Provide exceptional and prompt written customer support.
• Summarize and report issues users encounter to the tech team
• Gather user feedback for the development of future features

Requirements

What do you need for this job

• You must be fluent in at least two of these 4 languages:
• English German Italian or Spanish
• Have clear and efficient written communication skills
• Be customer oriented
• First experience in enduser support
• High affinity for Bitcoin
