We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Business Associate. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in System Architecture System Design and various ServiceNow modules including GRC HRSD ITAM ITOM ITSA ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management.

This role involves designing and implementing robust systems that align with our business goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive system architectures that meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee the development and integration of ServiceNow modules including GRC HRSD ITAM ITOM ITSA ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective system designs.
• Ensure the scalability reliability and security of system architectures through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system designs configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience. Conduct regular reviews and audits of system architectures to identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the overall IT infrastructure and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in all system design and implementation activities.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
• Qualifications:
• Possess a strong background in System Architecture and System Design with a focus on ServiceNow modules.
• Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow GRC HRSD ITAM ITOM ITSA ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Have excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
