      You will be involved in business planning tasks.

      You will mainly be responsible for leading budget formulation analyzing deviations between budget and actual performance proposing recommendations based on quantitative analysis results profit and loss forecasting simulations and other related tasks.

      Specific Responsibilities

      • Profit and loss (P/L) management
      • Forecast management
      • Budget formulation
      • Preparation of presentation materials for meetings
      • Facilitation of various meetings
      • Analysis of various management indicators
      • Proposals for business process improvement etc.

      Hiring Background

      We have experienced rapid growth and expansion with total group sales and number of employees increasing by over 130% compared to the previous year for three consecutive years.

      Currently we operate the business planning with one fulltime employee and two parttime employees.

      While our existing businesses are expanding smoothly and we continue to pursue noncontinuous growth through the development of new businesses and M&A activities we aim to achieve sustainable growth in the future.

      In this position you will be involved in tasks supporting business strategies by managing and analyzing management indicators thereby assisting in making prompt management decisions.

      As both sales and the organization have expanded rapidly there are several areas that are not yet fully established and the types and granularity of issues are diverse.

      We are looking for colleagues who can tackle these challenges in such a chaotic situation and work together to solve them.

      Department Placement

      You will be assigned to the Business Planning Team within the Business Planning Department.

      There are currently two members under the General Manager and Submanager.

      The Business Planning Department consists of the Business Planning Team and the Accounting Team where the Accounting Team handles all accounting and financerelated tasks.

      The age composition of the department ranges from 20s to 40s.

      As for the working style within the team while full remote work is not permitted remote work up to two days per week is allowed and we value facetoface communication.

      • Experience in budget management or similar roles such as business planning involving budget formulation and performance tracking.
      • Experience in data aggregation and analysis.
      • Ability to communicate smoothly with internal team members.

      • Experience in crossfunctional management projects involving the entire organization or departments.

    • Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.

    Annual Salary:JPY
