We are seeking a skilled FullStack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development to join our dynamic SelfService team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing our customer journey a key part of our customerfacing product.

Our primary language is JavaScript/TypeScript using NodeJS Express as our backend and React(JS/TS) as a frontend framework. We dont expect you to be proficient on our stack experience with other languages is welcome!

Amongst other things you will work with:

• Maintain and develop our customer journey application.
  
• Collaborate on diverse projects taking on various tasks and responsibilities within different codebases.
• Communicate rapidly and effectively within the team and across departments including product design and data teams.
• Participate in daily code reviews to ensure highquality code and continuous improvement.
• Work within an Agile inspired methodology utilizing sprints epics and detailed ticket breakdowns.
• Value and incorporate team opinions regardless of seniority fostering a collaborative environment.

Must have:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a developer.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills and curiosity.
• Problemsolving mindset both individually and collaboratively.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and ideas.

A bit of extra credit if you also have:

• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with React.
• Backend development expertise.
• Docker experience.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience from the Fintech industry.
