The Opportunity

Polestar in Belgium has an exciting temporary position in the Sales team.
This is an opportunity to be a part of the Polestar journey and aid us in effectively and proactively managing our sales funnel while offering unparalleled customer experience.

The role will be based in Brussels and report to the Retail Sales Coordinatorof Polestar Belgium. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both inperson collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.

Let us describe the challenge we offer

As Inside Sales you will contribute to the success of Polestar by offering B2C and B2B the best possible customer sales experience. You will act in direct sales operations having a strong focus on supporting Lead & Retail Sales Management.

Your main responsibility will be to directly contact Polestar leads and prospects to support digital sales as well as assist with the delivery of the Polestar experience to both Retail and Fleet customers through in & outbound channels. You will also proactively drive actions to improve our lead conversion and customer retention.

See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas youll be responsible for:

  • Support and work at the local sales funnel performance; achieving weekly monthly quarterly and annual sales conversion targets
  • Support the internal team to convert sales opportunities and drive lead cycle management.
  • Ensure continuous Sales support administration and reporting.


Who you are

To be successful in this role we believe you are ambitious flexible proactive and see the value in collaboration and innovation. You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills to inspire educate and guide customers in their transition to EV. Also you have a can do attitude solid organizational skills and thrive within a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.

In addition youll need the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Sales Lead management and/or Customer Service/customerfacing roles.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English both verbal and written skills since these arethe languages used in daily work.
  • Interest in automotive is a must
