Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support to the Legal Department including typing filing photocopying scanning and dispatching documents.

• Conducting legal research on specific issues using databases and other resources to gather relevant information.
• Assisting in drafting legal documents such as contracts agreements pleadings and legal memoranda with the supervision of the legal staff.
• Researching regulatory requirements and assisting in compliance matters as needed.
• Working collaboratively with attorneys paralegals and other legal staff on various projects and assignments.
• Other related duties as may reasonably be required.
