Our client is a very active international Energy Trading and Supply company in Switzerland. The company is headquartered in canton Zug and is active in various European countries.
To support the senior HR team due to a prolonged maternity leave cover we are looking for a motivated
HR Generalist (E/D)
starting asap until May 2025 (8 months fixedterm assignment)
Tasks
Key accountabilities
- Execution of all documents relating to the employee life cycle (contracts references etc...)
- Responsible for data quality according to operating discipline in the HR systems
- Responsible for records keeping.
- Payroll back up (Lohnlauf min) and support for reporting needs to external parties (e.g. social security)
- Forefront for employees and line management for interpretation of policies
- Processing of invoices received from third party providers.
Requirements
Competences
- commercial education HR training (Sachbearbeiterin Personal / HR Fachausweis)
- 3 y. experience in HR Managment within an international company
- proficiency in English (company language) solid understanding in German level B2 (payroll processes proven record of communication with Swiss authoritiesdministration)
- strong personal organization skills highly structured approach to work and high degree of accuracy.
