Position: Business Development Representative - Middle East Remote -Cornelius Hellas Sa Cornelius Hellas Sa Come join a team where People make thedifference! Following furtherorganizational expansion within the commercial team at Marmon Foodservice Technologies there is an opportunity to join the teamas Business Development Representative for the Middle East Region. Afterestablishing the first permanent physical presence in the region ithas been confirmed that the MEA region poses potential for furthergrowth and to remain one of the MFTs biggest markets within EMEA.The company works with some of their largest partner accounts inthe region including Pepsi Co Coca Cola Burger King McDonalds and KFCbut there are also opportunities within indirect channels and localchain accounts. You will be working across the entire MFT portfolioincluding food and beverage offerings. The line manager(Key Account Manager Middle East & Africa) for the rolepreviously led the region allowing the new incumbent the perfecthandover with customers and partners in the region thereby laying astrong foundation for future success. There are ambitious targetsfor the next few years based on the potential of the market and thecontinued investment of MFT across EMEA. The role will be heavilyfocused on generating new business and opportunities whilstmanaging existing key accounts within theregion. Essential Duties andResponsibilities To contribute to the development of the business strategy in MENAdevelop new customer relations and commercial activities across theregion. Identify developand maintain strategic relationships with new and existingcustomers as well as providing equipment and servicesolutions. Managedistribution partnerrelationships. Planningpreparing presentations and communicating and promoting existingand new products developments to prospectiveclients. Businessdevelopment with existing and new customers through productdemonstration equipment trials andpresentations. Utilizingmarket insight and customer feedback to develop business strategiesrelating to new products for additional market penetration andmanage complex sales cycles through all developmentphases. Assist and supportglobal account initiatives across thegroup. Set out commercialfinancial and activity targets for the region in conjunction withthe Key Account Manager Middle East & Africa to ensureaccurate and consistentdelivery. Businessrepresentation (trade fairs conferences networking events etc.) tofurther build Marmon Foodservice Technologies reputation as amarket leading manufacturer and supplier in the sector Conductassessments of client needs and preferences and identifyopportunities for improvement and address any issues orconcerns. Required Qualifications Skills/Competencies Essential Strong sales background with proven track record ofsuccess. Experience of management sales with larger and complexcorporations. Workingknowledge of the food service and/or retail industry ideally withcapital equipment sales and serviceprovision. Customer projectmanagement skills with proven ability to deliver ontime andonbudget. Ability to workwith customers on technical issues queries and concerns relating toproducts (basic technical knowledgerequired). Ability to travel across the region and possibly further afield on a lessfrequent basis. Strongfinancial acumen problem solving capability negotiation skillscommunication and ability to workautonomously. Availabilityto service clients in a demanding and dynamicenvironment.
