You will provide variousplanning and booking services, including answering customersquestions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms andtickets. Tobe successful as a customer service assistant, you must be able towork with minimal supervision and have excellent customer serviceskills. Responsibilities: Assistingand advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of traveloptions. Makingreservations for customers based on their various requirements andbudgetaryallowances. Checkingthe availability of accommodation or transportation on thecustomers desired traveldates. Helpingplan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions andplaces ofinterest. Processingpayments and sending confirmation details tocustomers. Sortingout any issues that may arise with bookings orreservations. Answeringany questions customers might have about the reservationprocess. Providingsupport to customers who may need to amend or cancel areservation. Requirements Customer-serviceexperience. Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills. Multi-taskingand time-management skills, with the ability to prioritizetasks.
