The implementation of Document Management activities across projects in accordance with the Data Management Plan
The definition of detail document management processes
Support to the creation, review and approval of project documents and data
The creation and maintenance of document and data registers
The maintenance and protection of document and data repositories (hard and soft copy)
Receipt and distribution of documents and data
Performance of document and data record verification activities, including reviews key repositories
Liaison with Thales Team, client and subcontractors to resolve queries
Archiving of documents and data in accordance with the Data Management Plan
