الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for implementing Data and Document Management activities within a business and project environment.
- The role requires a good administration skill and a basic understanding of document management principles and processes. Candidates must be able to consistently apply these principles across the project & business,
- The implementation of Document Management activities across projects in accordance with the Data Management Plan
- The definition of detail document management processes
- Support to the creation, review and approval of project documents and data
- The creation and maintenance of document and data registers
- The maintenance and protection of document and data repositories (hard and soft copy)
- Receipt and distribution of documents and data
- Performance of document and data record verification activities, including reviews key repositories
- Liaison with Thales Team, client and subcontractors to resolve queries
- Archiving of documents and data in accordance with the Data Management Plan
