Themis Recruit are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our clients leading Catastrophic Injury team.


Our Client:

Our client is a leading regional firm committed to offering highquality work and longterm career progression within a supportive environment. They are recognised for its excellence by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The hiring firm are one of the UKs top Personal Injury firms securing multimillion settlements for their clients. They regularly handle complex and highvalue claims; including adult brain injury child brain injury complex orthopaedic injuries and fatal accidents.



Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in personal injury cases particularly those involving serious and lifechanging injuries.
  • Typically suited for a "Grade B" feeearner with a minimum of 4 years experience.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and proactively support team members.
  • Empathetic and confident in engaging with vulnerable individuals and their families.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
