Our client a leading multiindustry corporation is looking for excellent talents to join their firm:
- Budget Establishment and Strategy Development:
- Develop marketing PR budget plans and strategies to build promote and grow the Groups brand and products.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to create and implement marketing plans.
- Allocate marketing and PR activities based on the approved budget.
- Oversee all online marketing strategies and content marketing initiatives.
- Market Research and Evaluation:
- Gather compile analyze and evaluate market information customer preferences competitor data and provide recommendations and suggestions.
- Monitor analyze evaluate and report on marketing activities and propose improvement and effectiveness enhancement solutions.
- Staff Management and Training:
- Assign tasks to department staff in a reasonable manner.
- Manage and supervise the workflow of the marketing department.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments to implement internal PR programs to promote the Companys corporate culture.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in PR Communications Marketing International Business or a related field.
- 3y experience in a similar position (Preferably with experience in steel agricultural products or real estate).
- Strong understanding and expertise in PR and marketing market analysis competitor research and potential customer identification; ability to provide recommendations to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Excellent organizational presentation and negotiation skills as well as the ability to be persuasive quickwitted creative and have a logical problemsolving mindset.
