Chief Marketing Officer

• Budget Establishment and Strategy Development:
  
• Develop marketing PR budget plans and strategies to build promote and grow the Groups brand and products.
  
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to create and implement marketing plans.
  
• Allocate marketing and PR activities based on the approved budget.
  
• Oversee all online marketing strategies and content marketing initiatives.
  
• Market Research and Evaluation:
  
• Gather compile analyze and evaluate market information customer preferences competitor data and provide recommendations and suggestions.
  
• Monitor analyze evaluate and report on marketing activities and propose improvement and effectiveness enhancement solutions.
  
• Staff Management and Training:
  
• Assign tasks to department staff in a reasonable manner.
  
• Manage and supervise the workflow of the marketing department.
  
• Other Responsibilities:
  
• Collaborate with departments to implement internal PR programs to promote the Companys corporate culture.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in PR Communications Marketing International Business or a related field.
  
• 3y experience in a similar position (Preferably with experience in steel agricultural products or real estate).
  
• Strong understanding and expertise in PR and marketing market analysis competitor research and potential customer identification; ability to provide recommendations to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  
• Excellent organizational presentation and negotiation skills as well as the ability to be persuasive quickwitted creative and have a logical problemsolving mindset.
