This is a remote position.
Schedule: Fulltime Monday to Friday 9am6pm EST (9pm 6am Manila Time) includes 1 hr unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
- Schedule patient appointments in the practice s system
- Collect and enter new patient information and demographics
- Handle patient billing queries and potentially take payments
- Provide a positive and helpful experience for all patients
Requirements
- Good English and Russian communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Comfortable using computer systems and data entry
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
