Receptionist Russian English Speaking

This is a remote position.

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
  
• Schedule patient appointments in the practice s system
  
• Collect and enter new patient information and demographics
  
• Handle patient billing queries and potentially take payments
  
• Provide a positive and helpful experience for all patients
  

• Good English and Russian communication skills both written and verbal
  
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  
• Comfortable using computer systems and data entry
  
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
