Liaise with marketing to ensure that AXA's products compete in the market distinctively and
sufficiently differentiated prior to launching a new product or revamping and existing one.
Evaluate new ideas either for new products or improvements of existing products and services
through deep understanding of customer needs and customer feedback on current services offered.
Scope, design and test new products or improvements to products and services in close
collaboration with functional and project owners.
Push the organization to be customer centric through strong engagement.
Facilitate a concept development process with clear milestones and activities.
Build a centralized documentation repository for insurance plans by consolidating all lines of
business: Life, Health, Property and Casualty in documents that can be referred to; which facilitates
market research process; which would lead to faster decision making in introducing new products
so that AXA would head the market.
Manage the implementation of processes, systems, and training to ensure that propositions /
products under development are being effectively delivered.
Submit quarterly dashboard for initiatives managed within TTM products/propositions.
