Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner and Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is seeking a parttime position that aligns with school hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions from recruitment to employee relations with a particular focus on proactive recruitment of key roles in the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and provide guidance on benefitsrelated inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to further enhance and develop our culture as we grow to maintain employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers on various HRrelated issues.
  • Support employee relations activities including promotion of company values conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary actions.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in Human Resource Management or higher.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
