Job Overview: Your Path to Professional Growth
Shift: Regular Schedule (Mon Fri; 7AM 4PM)
Work setup: Onsite Ortigas Center
Tasks: Your Exciting Responsibilities
- Performing timely administrative duties for the implementation maintenance and modification of multiple websites built in both WordPress and custom HTMX
- Ensuring websites are secure and always online
- Assisting with marketingdriven requirements across digital platforms such as SEO programming analytics monitoring coding plugin installation and other IT webbased support
- Rolling out new website builds or upgrades in a timely manner
- Contributing to operational systems through the development of intranet programs across various areas of the business
- Focusing on design outcomes (across all platforms) that maximize user experience and efficiency
Requirements
Qualifications Needed: Are You the Perfect Fit
- Minimum 4 years of Web Development experience
- Experience with both Frontend and Backend development
- Proficiency in the following software programs:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- WordPress
- CSS
- JavaScript
- HTML
- PHP
- Excellent English communication skills
- Welldeveloped skills in the following areas:
- Website maintenance
- Website security
- Website reporting using GTM / GA4
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
- Consideration of user experience for both internal staff and external customers
- Experience with eCommerce gateways and website applications
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changeable environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to work within a project team and communicate effectively the outcomes and progress of allocated tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a busy and highpressure team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to quality ability to prioritize work meet deadlines and selfmotivation
- Other marketingrelated skills such as SEO SEM and Google Analytics
