About The Role

The Business Analyst dedicated to the HR department is responsible for compiling structuring and analyzing human resources data to make conclusions that help make datadriven choices and ensure the decisions have expected outcomes. He/She analyzes large data sets to identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency and streamlining all processes.

  • Reporting line: CHRO
  • Location: Europe
  • Worksite: Hybrid/Remote

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large data sets from all stages of the recruitment process to form insights.
  • Develop dataoriented approaches and advanced search techniques to identify and hire suitable candidates
  • Analyze the shortlisted applicant profiles further refining the pool of bestfit candidates to meet organizational recruiting needs
  • Identify patterns/trends and recommend strategies for your business operational needs
  • Create financial models charts and other data visuals that support your goals
  • Use strategic analysis and data filtering to identify untapped candidate pool
  • Prepare databacked recruitment reports regularly for presentation to stakeholders
  • Develop sourcing strategies for new sourcing channels
  • Stay current on hiring trends skill specializations and new talent competitors
  • Monitor potential resource pipelines for continual access to qualified candidates
  • Track job posting responses; increase their reach by optimizing the timing of postings
  • Evaluate and identify recruitment process issues and suggest remedies
  • Optimize the recruitment process to maximize ROI

Qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • 35 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role in a Big4 or a data management/consulting company
  • Established understanding of recruiting
  • Excellent analytical reasoning logic and quantitative skills
  • Creative multitasker and team player with problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in requirementgathering techniques process modeling and documentation
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Extensive knowledge of how to collect organize and evaluate market research
  • Attention to detail in written and visual reports
  • Strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant database technologies programming languages data visualization and reporting systems
  • Relevant certification in computer science IT mathematics statistics or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategies
  • Collaborative working style
  • Experience with accurately collecting organizing and analyzing large data sets
