Key Qualifications:

We are seeking a finance expert with deep knowledge and handson experience in DoD government contracting. As the Director of Finance youll guide company leadership with robust financial insights and lead a dedicated financial team ensuring topnotch management of accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Shape financial strategy by leading indepth financial analysis (value chain modeling ROI cash flow) to support business leaders and drive strategic decisions.
• Take charge of forecasting and business analytics ensuring accurate predictions of volume and revenue.
• Dive into results recommend performanceimproving actions and develop solutions to achieve business goals.
• Keep a pulse on external performance to inform key decisions all while maintaining a customerfocused financial management approach.
• Communicate your findings effectively providing insights into implications risks and opportunities.
• Present expert analyses using sophisticated financial models and measures.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Business or Finance. CPA preferred.
• 7 years of seniorlevel financial experience.
• Mastery of Annual Business Planning and strategic thinking.
• Strong expertise in P&L management revenue growth and forecasting within DoDrelated business lines.
• Ability to evaluate business goals and analyze financials to provide actionable insights.
• Robust change management skills with a knack for innovative business solutions.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proven experience in Defense contracting with compliance knowledge of CAS FAR and DCAA.
• Familiarity with ERP software particularly DELTEK COSTPOINT.
• Exceptional attention to detail communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
