Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 7:00 PM 7:30 AM 12

Shift Notes: 12 Hour Nights Must float to ICU if needed 36 hrs Guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Weekend rotation required /Holidays required as needed

OnCall Requirements: None

COVID Vaccination: COVID Vaccination Series and Booster are Required for this need. Exemptions are not accepted by this client. Please upload proofs with the upload.

Travel Policy: will not consider any local traveler who resides within 50 miles of the facility. PLEASE INCLUDE PERMS ADDRESS UPON SUBMISSION TO AVOID ANY DELAYS.

• Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records
• Must be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations
• Must be able and willing to float without hesitation to float to our ICU which is just a more acute need unit.

• 2 years of recent Med Surg experience Required
• Previous Travel Highly Preferred
• BSN Preferred
• PALS & Tele Strip Certified Preferred to float to ICU which is just a more acute need

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
