LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINE BASED CANDIDATES
Position : Virtual Assistant (SMM Social Media Manager/ Technical Support)
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am5pm Pacificic Time
Salary Range : $900 $1000/ month
Holiday : TBD

The company is a creative production company based in Los Angeles CA. Specializing in film and video production the company offers a range of services to bring clients' visions to life.
With a focus on storytelling and visual excellence the company collaborates with clients to deliver highquality content for various platforms and audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design Support: Assist with design tasks using Canva including creating graphics and Carousels.
Video Editing: Handle basic video editing tasks including cutting and assembling footage as well as editing both shortform and longform content including podcasts.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts interact with messages and comments design graphics from testimonials and edit testimonial content for platforms including Instagram Facebook YouTube and TikTok.
Customer Service: Handle customer service emails providing technical troubleshooting and resolving accounting issues.
Billing Issues: Address billing issues when necessary.
Technical Support: Offer technical support troubleshooting issues on the backend.
Additional Tasks: Assist with creating and scheduling content in Thrivecart ConvertKit or Flodesk and perform any other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar role
- Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools. Experience with Airtable Zapier Thrivecart ConvertKit or Flodesk is a plus.
- Ideally some experience or passion for the coaching/healing business.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and using coursebuilding websites.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Excellent tone with people and strong written communication skills.
- Preferably with longform and shortform video editing experience
