Job Title: NOC Senior Technicians
Location: Bellevue WA Frisco TX Kansas KS Onsite
Duration / Term: 6 months Contract
Job Description:
Experience Desired: 8 Years.
Requirements:
Monitoring all TFB specific nodes (MLB BCH Airport sitesCore network connections for Movius SASE)
NOC to NOC engagment from all business customers
Swivel hair between partnerr and NOC to NOC relationships
Ticket governace on all TFB ticket types for network
Vendor Maintenance check in and escalations
Tier 1 Troubleshooting / Triage
Ultra high containment
24 x 7 x 365
4 SR. Technician level
