Job Description
Production Supervisor
Permanent
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day- to- day supervision of the Production staff.
- Prepare schedules, assign work and oversee the work flow.
- Assist with maintenance or production as may be required.
- Ensure conformance to established procedures and product quality levels.
- Train, direct and motivate team members to achieve department goals and standards on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Conduct performance appraisals, training and facilitate career development opportunities.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Manage timely completion of record keeping.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
- Computer skills required with experience in Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and an ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: High School Degree/GED required Computer literate Good communication skills Strong attention to detail Good eyesight Steady hands Ability to work overtime *This position requires access to technology, material, software or hardware that is controlled by export laws of the US. In order to be eligible, you must be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Employment contingent on clearing a drug screen and criminal background check.
