Job Description

Oras Group is a significant European provider of sanitary fittings: the market leader in the Nordics and a leading company in Continental Europe. The domicile of Oras Ltd the parent company of the Group is located in Rauma Finland and the Group has three manufacturing sites: Olesno (Poland) and Rauma (Finland). The Group operates with its own staff in 15 markets.

For our entity in Olesno we are currently looking for candidates for the position of

Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role you will be creating a longterm strategy and shortterm action plans to bring the best talent onboard Oras Group based on understanding of who we are and whom we need on board and where to find them.

What you will be responsible for

  • Translating employee value proposition into activities that increase Oras Group brand awareness on the employment market across the whole organization and countries we operate in through social media activities
  • Sourcing building talent pools recruitment strategies by networking or cooperation with educational and labor sectors (schools universities employment offices business organizations) for Oras Olesno Sp. z o.o. (2 locations plant in Olesno & SSC in Wrocaw)
  • Supporting group sourcing and employer branding activities to include recruitments for Oras Group entities
  • Driving full recruitment cycle and ensuring excellent candidate experience
  • Developing tools and processes by increasing automation and efficiency to include metrics (Oras Group level) maintenance and development of the existing ATS Teamtailor and career pages.

    What kind of person we are looking for Formally we would like you to have:

    • Min. 3 years experience in recruiting production and technical roles IS savvy with ability to use social media and internet for recruitment campaigns (job portals LI google analytics) and experience in working and developing ATS interfaces
    • Basic marketing / customer service skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good skills in English language
