For our Group HR team at the Olesno location we are looking for
Learning & Development Specialist to ensure we have the right competence and capabilities to deliver business objectives and we offer our employees opportunities for lifelong learning.
What you will be responsible for
- Creating L&D processes and policies based on best practices maximizing learning efficiency and Oras Group business needs.
- Creating and delivering learning activities adjusted to ongoing needs as well as monitoring their effectiveness.
- Ownership of training budget and plan planning execution cost management
- Facilitating action learnings internal trainings employee engagement activities
- Supporting people leaders on teams skills development: competency matrices / profiles assessment tools coaching / mentoring programs
- Supporting internal communication engagement and wellbeing activities
- Admin role for Oras Group L&D practices: learning platforms competency catalogues and profiles other activities such as coaching 360 EES platform international assignment programs etc.
What kind of person we are looking forFormally we would like you to have:
- Min. 3 years experience in HR BP or HR / L&D specialist
- Background or basic training in psychology / social sciences
- Knowledge of learning tools and basic familiarity with project management tools
- Strong communication skills
- Good skills in English language
Nice to have: certification in psychometric / assessment tools.
