Job Description

  1. We are looking for a Manager (Operations) to guide and manage the operations of our company. Ideal candidates will be required to ensure the processes are efficient and effective.
  2. Responsible for ensuring Finished goods stores are adequately stocked with all SKU s
  3. Coordinate with Logistic partners for delivery of products
  4. Identify and onboard new and efficient logistic partners to manage costs of delivery efficiency
  5. Monitor sales returns, identify root causes and suggest / implement solutions to reduce sales returns.
  6. Plan for Inventory forecasting and prepare dashboards / historical data for future production planning
  7. Monitor expiry of products, reduce redundancy and ensure effective mechanisms to ensure minimal wastage
  8. Track and reduce TAT s with logistic partners to ensure high customer satisfaction
  9. Maintain dashboards and report to management
  10. Resolve customer complaints regarding delivery
  11. Should have experience in handling E-commerce Logistics/Operations
  12. Experience in delivery to PAN India.
  13. Prior working experience in FMCG/Retail


Requirements

  1. 5 To 7 years Prior experience in managing finished goods stores and logistics management.
  2. Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.
  3. Basic computer skill and with software like MS Office.
  4. Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
  5. Be a fast learner and optimize learning by implementing same
  6. Good communication and planning & execution skills
  7. Knowledge of local languages and Hindi
  8. Eye for detail and Good at problem solving
  9. Gather market intelligence on emerging trends in logistics and inventory management.
