Tasks

Your responsibilities as SEA Manager include the operational & strategic planning of various online media projects and online marketing strategies which specifically means:

• You develop and implement SEA and social paid strategies
• You are responsible for the operational and strategic planning of performance campaigns which are placed via relevant platforms such as Meta Google TikTok Pinterest & Linkedin
• As the team in Salzburg and Vienna is still very small you play a key role
• You keep an eye on the performance & key figures of the campaigns create reports & continuously optimize the campaigns
• You are responsible for the strategic and conceptual development of campaigns in close cooperation with the Creation Department
• You prepare marketing analyses and reports
• You will work closely with the other departments in the company on all tasks

Requirements

• You have at least 23 years of experience with operational and strategic SEA campaigns
• You are a SEA Manager expert in ad and campaign management for various channels on the agency or client side
• You are fluent in German or fluent in English
• You are characterized by analytical skills a high level of initiative as well as negotiation and communication skills
• Nicetohave: a degree with a focus on marketing or similar
• Nicetohave: initial management experience
