THE ROLEWe are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our innovative and international Data & Insights team. By understanding the data needs of our stakeholders youll provide valuable insights and clear recommendations to support our datadriven decisionmaking process.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Dive into complex marketing data sets to uncover trends and insights that drive key business decisions. Your work will have a direct impact on the strategy and growth of our group companies
• Collaborate with a forwardthinking team that embraces the latest technologies and methodologies. We believe in continuous learning and innovation
• Partner closely with team members and external business stakeholders to understand their data needs and objectives
• Act as a consultant using probing questions to gain deep insights into the business domain and processes
• Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support datadriven decisionmaking

Requirements

WHAT YOULL BRING

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or data consulting preferably within a business context preferably in Consulting
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (e.g. Economics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science)
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling
• Experiences with Marketing Data and Analytics as well as Retail Media and Customer Analytics would be a big plus
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms for data storage and processing having worked with BigQuery is a plus
• Strong abilities in generating reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• A passion for learning handson work taking ownership and making an impact
• Fluent in German and English
