*Chief security officers (CSOs) are executives who are responsible for all aspects of their organizations security.
*Implement of 5S in plant & work area.
*Early assessment of risk and take all necessary measures to eliminate or reduce it.
*Implement adequate measures to prevent or minimize adverse effects on the community natural resources and the overall environment.
*He has to ensure proper conduct of discipline and punctuality among security staff.
*To confirm shift change over properly. Shortfall of security staff is to be brought out also training to security staff is being conducted regularly.
*He should monitor that road discipline is being followed inside the company premises and vigil in this regard being maintained by security staff. He is to confirm that all standing instructions in context of entry/exit of visitors issue of gate passes parking of vehicles etc meticulously being followed.
*To ensure healthy and safe working environment.
