Job Type : Full Time Location : Las Vegas Nevada Pay : Excellent Job Description What you will be doing:

The Factory Controller’s mission is to analyze and control the various costs related to the direct and indirect expenses of the company. They will be a key player within the team to support organizational growth investment management and ensure vigilant control of operational costs.
  • Responsible for the reliability and accuracy of inventory accounting and operating costs for our three factories;
  • Support various departments in analyzing the cost of goods sold and identifying improvement opportunities and prioritizing corrective actions;
  • Develop in collaboration with the operations team the strategic investment plan and monitor it’s performance (ROI) ;
  • Maintain an effective control structure to minimize business risks inherent in operations;
  • Develop financial forecasts for the factories as well as the budgeting process;
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and business process efficiencies;
  • Collaborate on the analysis of operating cost performance indicators;
  • Contribute to operational decisionmaking within the operations management team;
  • Actively participate in the inventory management committee;
  • Participate in evaluating the profitability of products/clients/sectors as well as the impact of various projects;
  • Participate in preparing operation budgets;
  • Participate in audit files; and
  • Any other related tasks.

Experience you will need:
  • Hold an accounting designation (CPA CMA);
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting;
  • Experience with an ERP software (SAP strongly preferred);
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite (Word PowerPoint and PowerBI);
  • Leadership and ability to garner support for proposed solutions;
  • High integrity and sound judgment ensuring appropriate decisionmaking; and
  • Ability to adapt flexibility and versatility in a rapidly growing environment.
