Disability Supervisor

Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, special education, or related field. Master's degree may be an added advantage.

Comprehensive understanding of disability: In-depth knowledge of the types of disabilities and needs of people with disabilities, including challenges and assistive technologies.

Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with individuals with disabilities, their families, and the work team.

Planning and organizing: The ability to develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.

Team Management: The ability to lead and manage a work team that includes specialists in different fields, including training and mentoring.
