Job Description
- Ensure that CAPA’s and 5C’s are acted upon in accordance with the guidelines.
- Is responsible for holding the conversations that are part of the HR cycle such as PMP, absenteeism interviews, sick leave interviews and correction interview, and provide back up and support to the Manager.
- Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
- Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model within the organization.
