Sports Affairs Supervisor

Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field. A master's degree may be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Sports: A comprehensive understanding of sports coaching and sports management practices and methods.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with athletes, coaches, and other interested parties.

Event Management: The ability to organize and manage sporting events, including logistical arrangements and promotion.

Strategic Planning: The ability to develop and implement sports strategies and programs to achieve goals.

Leadership skills: The ability to lead and manage sports teams and motivate them to achieve better performance.
