- Plan, prioritize, organize, and control the day-to-day operations of the bar;

- Manage bar employees and ensure a smooth operation as per the company’s

standards;

- Provide ongoing trainings and coaching to staff to enhance their knowledge and

abilities;

- Responsible of the business and legal aspects, such as keeping a current liquor

license, managing budgets, and setting goals;

- Develop drinks and mocktail menu and review the service quality;

- Observe PAR level to monitor stock demand and supply regularly;
