Job Description
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, drip coffee, pour-over, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and care to ensure consistent quality and flavor in every cup.
- Maintain knowledge of different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to make recommendations to guests and answer questions about the coffee menu.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
- Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
