Flexible Work Schedules:

• Option 1: TuesdaySaturday (five 8hour shifts)
• Option 2: WednesdaySaturday (four 10hour shifts)

Position Overview: Under the general direction of and upon physician referral the Physical Therapist will:

• Assess the functional needs of physically disabled patients.
• Develop treatment goals and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of physical therapy treatment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of physical function including medical history cognitive function sensoryperceptualmotor function functional mobility and pain control.
• Goal Setting: Identify patient needs and establish realistic measurable treatment goals.
• Treatment Implementation: Develop and implement dynamic treatment programs that respond to patient progress and ensure consistency and continuity in care.

Work Hours:

• Normal hours are 7:30am 4pm with the schedule based on department needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho.
• Current BLS certification.
• Masters Degree preferred.
