Occupational Therapist

Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Palo Alto CA
Employment Type: Fulltime 3 day work week

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients physical developmental and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients daily living and working skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
