Salary: 15000 in hand 17000 CTC

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly Guest Service Associate to join our resort in Nashik.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures.
• Provide information about the resort and its amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain records and manage reservations.

Primary Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Customer service orientation.

Secondary Skills:

• Front desk operations.
• Reservation management.
• Basic computer skills.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
