Position: Guest Service Associate (GSA)
Location: Nashik
Salary: 15000 in hand 17000 CTC
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly Guest Service Associate to join our resort in Nashik.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures.
- Provide information about the resort and its amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain records and manage reservations.
Primary Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Customer service orientation.
Secondary Skills:
- Front desk operations.
- Reservation management.
- Basic computer skills.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
