Job Description
- Experience in concrete & steel design for at least 8 to 10 years with international companies
- Experience in developing projects from concept to construction stage.
- Sound technical understanding with established skills and delivery capability. This should include experience in the design of common structural materials as well as a good understanding of current design standards and working practices.
- Should have hands on experience using Robot software for analysis and detailed design and capable to check & guide other engineers. Working experience in other softwares like ETABS SAFE Tekla analysis software & IDEA Statica will be added advantage.
- Experience in ACI SBC and Eurocodes standards.
- Good communication and presentation skills to support lead office.
- Ability to manage and work to budget and programme to control costs and manage change control processes.
- A flexible attitude to both the type of work undertaken and the level of responsibility given.
- Assist in managing the broader team through mentoring and training.
