Job Description
There is an urgent opening in an electrical component manufacturing company.
Designation: Maintenance Manager /Asst. Manager Injection Molding Plant
Location: Maharashtra
Experience: 57 years of experience in maintenance management with a focus on plastic injection molding.
Qualification: Bachelors degree/ Diploma in mechanical engineering electrical
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all molding machinery and equipment.
Schedule and oversee regular maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to production.
Maintain detailed records of preventive maintenance activities and monitor equipment performance.
Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns to ensure timely and effective repairs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
Maintain accurate records of breakdown incidents and corrective actions taken.
Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for equipment maintenance.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of parts and materials.
Implement costsaving measures and efficient inventory management practices.
