Job Purpose

Managing activities and synergizing resources in the Organization Development division according to the companys established HR strategy to create high employee commitment and performance in achieving the companys goals and performance targets through the development of HR infrastructure and systems both informationally and structurally as well as managing the overall organizational culture.

Position in Organization

Direct Superior: Chief HR Officer

Main Responsibility

  • Conducting a review process of all existing HR systems to plan improvements through systematic and effective Organization Development (OD) programs to support the achievement of company goals.
  • Synergizing all available resources to support the effective and efficient execution of Organization Development (OD) programs in line with established targets.
  • Planning directing and evaluating the overall Organization Development (OD) programs including job analysis competency standard development succession management processes HRIS operational management performance management systems organizational design or structure job evaluation and grading processes culture management processes business process mapping and other HR systems as needed by the company.
  • Managing the change management process from recognizing and addressing resistance to change proposing plans related to the changes to synergizing resources to ensure implementation aligns with planned initiatives.
  • Providing assistance and finding solutions to obstacles encountered in the implementation of Organization Development (OD) programs to ensure optimal execution.
  • Building communication with internal parties including HR operations and business unit leaders to ensure proper implementation of Organization Development (OD) programs as well as communicating with external parties such as consultants and vendors to discuss needs expectations and feedback related to the Organization Development (OD) programs being implemented.
  • Analyzing reviewing and presenting final reports related to Organization Development (OD) programs including employee performance assessments of company business process development competency development and other ongoing HR programs.

Managerial Responsibility

  • Establishing the strategy for the work unit/division under their responsibility and formulating it into a systematic and measurable work program and budget to support the achievement of the companys strategy.
  • Directing and controlling the implementation of performance management systems risk management systems and Good Corporate Governance in the work unit/division under their responsibility to enhance the companys effectiveness efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Determining the manpower planning (MPP) and developing motivating and evaluating employees in the work unit/division under their responsibility to ensure the availability of the required number of employees and competencies needed by the company.
  • Developing the Companys Way (Integrity Caring Commitment) work culture in the work unit/division under their responsibility to ensure the creation of a highperformance organization.
  • Preparing and submitting work implementation reports in the work unit/division under their responsibility to superiors to ensure the availability of necessary data and information.
    Ensuring and developing conducive industrial relations to create a good working environment in the work unit/division under their responsibility and fostering good relations with all relevant stakeholders.
